This past winter I did a photo shoot with Diane Lynch. Diane is from Somerville Ma. and was sent to me by the fitness agency she is listed with. I became a member of the Maine Professional Photographers Association.

I am proud to say that I finally became a member of the Maine Professional Photographers Association today.

I was honored to speak in front of more than 30 other professionals about my business and my lighting techniques. I would just like to thank the association for their warm welcome and their kind words to me before and after my lecture  and am very excited and proud to be a member and will do my best to make the association happy to have me on board.

Congrats to Barney Martin!!

I would like to congratulate my good friend Barney Martin who is one of Maine's best and funniest comedic actors for landing a speaking role in a television pilot based on characters that were created by Maine's premier Comedian Bob Marley!!

To Barney's credit you have seen him On camera in Maine for the past 8 years in commercials, industrials, Megabucks Golf Guy, Handyman tools, he’s in a feature film entitled “Liberty, Maine” and his national TV credit is a role in "Murder in Small Town X".

Thanks to both Bob and Barney for putting us Mainuhs on tha Map!!

It was a good run...I will no longer be the Portland Sea Dogs Team Photographer.

I knew the day would eventually come...I spoke with the management down at the Portland Sea Dogs office today and both parties agreed that it was time for me and them to go different directions.....I have no hard feelings about this and am actually excited to see what is in store for me this coming year...I have been the official team photographer since 1995...I have help raise over $5,000.00 dollars with autographed pictures I have had the players pose for and sign for me to donate to various causes....I have met many great people on and off the field down there...I will miss the Ushers, Grounds Crew, Season Ticket Holders  and Craig Senior and Craig Junior in the club house...It's going to be strange when the next time I am down there visiting....Being 12 years of history with the Se Dogs has had a huge impact on me and my life...When I went through my battle with Colan Cancer I asked to have a room at the hospital to look down at the ball park in hopes of making me stronger to get back down there...My goal was to get better and get right back down there in the dug out shooting again....I will never forget the big lump I had in my throat as I entered the ball park again coming in through the center field doors...My eyes filled with tears of happiness and my body got all warm and tingly inside as I could smell popcorn and heard the crack of the bats and music playing over the loud speaker.....

I made some great friends...Shirley Bibber,Mary, Marty&Luke,Andy Young, Jim Bouchard,  Glen Jordan, Ken Babbit,  Pookie Wilson, Kevin Millar, Glenn Reeves, The Candages, Rodney, Jackie, Chris, Claudio Vargas, Nelson Lara, Andy Larkin, Billy MacMillion, Quinn Mack, Don Lemon, Rob Leary, Kenny Joyce, Jason Robertson, Josh Booty, Lou Lucca, Carlos Tosca, U.L. Washington, Dan and Bunny Burke, Gladys and Chuck, Dean Rogers, Mike Beveridge, Nate Robertson, Jon Lester, Craig Hansen, Will Cunane, Amuary Garcia and I am sure there are others that I will remember at a later time to add....

I am grateful that the Sea Dogs had me as their photographer as long as they did..I have alot of great memories being down at that ball park. I had alot of great opportunities through the Sea Dogs to do things I never would have been able to do such as shoot Spring Training with the Florida Marlins for 4 years, Shoot Boston Red Sox games, Meet former Red Sox that I admired as a kid, Meet Former president George Bush and know alot of todays stars and prospects.

It was great knowing that I had the number one baseball card set as in production and image wise in the minors for the past 5 years...This was actually told to me by the compnay that puts the card sets out for minor league baseball....It was always cool for me to see my work in Baseball America and Baseball weekly and even in the Red Sox year book.

We shot at the Peakes Island Bed And Breakfast and the popular club FELT in Boston.

Ella was the 2004 Maxim Hometown Hotties runner up in the finals. Ella has appeared in Maxim and is also an actress who will be in an upcoming movie with Ethan Hawke...

The images we did have been sent to Maxim by Ella and will hopefully be used in an upcoming issue....Go check out more images of Ella in my Fashion and Glamour section!!

I will be Shooting the next exclusive feature for Maine's Style Magazine.

Today I met with the staff and Publisher of Maine's Style Magazine and am excited to announce that I will be shooting the next exclusive feature for them. They said that they are looking to head in a new direction as far as how the feature will be photographed and thought I would fit in just right.

I will keep you posted on when you can expect this next edition of Style to come out..It will be the spring edition.

The Good news and Bad news about Super Bowl Sunday.

First the Bad news...The Patriots lost to the Giants.

The good news...I raised $225.00 dollars at Thatcher's Restaurant in South Portland for the Maine Children's Cancer Program by raffling off a Jacoby Ellsbury and Jon Lester autographed 8x10!!...Thank you to all that bought tickets and thank you to the people at Thatchers for allowing me to continue one of my favorite things to do and that means alot to me.

These images are works of art where I am expressing my love for light and the body...None of these images are meant to be viewed otherwise...I am thankful to the models that allowed me to post these images on behalf of their written consent...I feel as I get older..These images are ones that I am most proud of because I think they can and will always stand the test of time when some of my fashion and glamour will go by the way side as trends change.

What's been going on....

Well...It's been one heck of a month...I am feeling like I am slowly coming back and getting my head back on straight though..I apologize to many of you for not returning phone calls and e-mails promptly..I just had to focus on me and my family and I thank you all for your understanding and patience.

I have been working night and day on my web site...I will be adding new images soon...I cannot wait for you to see what I am going to be posting...It's been along time coming.

My Dads funeral information.

My dads funeral will take place at Meader and Son Funeral Home on 3 Franklin Street in Rumford, Maine at 11am on December 8th.

Then on Sunday the  25th...I will be photographing the contestants in their interview outfits and then the Final show / Crowning at 3pm.

My dad passed away today and I will miss him dearly.

I'm not sure how many of you knew my dad or that he was sick...He was in stage 3 emphysema and his body was slowly starting to shut down...Today at 5:30 am...He passed away in his sleep..Although I am sad and will miss him greatly..I am also happy to know he went out with dignity and was comfortable. The nurse told my sister this morning how shocked the whole staff was to have found him this morning not breathing.. They all thought he was alright.. He was being checked on every hour on the hour.My family and I were actually making plans on spending Thanksgiving with him.

My dads name was William ( Bill ) Smith... Around town alot of people called him "SMITTY" ..I am quit sure many will always remember him as somebody who was always quick with a joke ( although most were not very funny ) and a warm hello..He loved to joke with people..Many never knew when to take him seriously..I don't know how many times we would go into his favorite restaurant and he would say something to the waitresses and they would always ask if he was serious or not..The same thing ended up happening at the South Paris Veterans home where he became a resident and the entertainment..I would go to visit him and he had the popular dorm room on campus so to speak.. There were always nurses in his room and you could hear them laughing down the corridor before entering his room....I would just like to say I have so much gratitude for all of the nursing staff at the South Paris Veterans Home for taking such great care of my dad...He was so happy there and thought the world of the nurses and staff.

My dad was a resident of the town of Rumford for 40 some odd years..He worked at the mill and then did other jobs as the years went on... After he retired he enjoyed hanging out downtown socializing with the residents of Rumford and shared stories with them... My dad was quit the outdoors-man and loved fishing ,Hunting and Golf..As a child I remember packing up the car with  a lunch box of sandwiches and chips and a  cooler of soda along with the fishing poles, tackle and worms or night crawlers we would find in our lawn with flashlights.

I guess the best way I will remember my dad is..His smile, his jokes and always wanting to put a smile on my face. I find it quit fitting that he passed away on Veteran Day since he was a Veteran and very Patriotic..His Birthday was actually on the 4th of July!!! He would always wear pins or hats having something to do with AMERICA..He was definitely proud to be an American!!

I would just like to thank all my family and friends for your phone calls and e-mails and support.. I would like to give a huge thank you to the staff at the South Paris Veterans home for making my dads stay there a wonderful experience for him as well as my family.Your smiles as we entered the facility always made us feel welcome and let us know my dad was in good hands..

Thank you to the town of Rumford for having to listen to my dads jokes over and over again and laughing just the same..lol..No really..Thank you for support and friendship as well.

I love you dad and I will miss you!!...I am glad you and mom are together again.

My fellow Photographer friends Arch Enemy's will be on TV this Thursday night at 11pm.

My friends from Augusta Arch Enemy's will be featured on the channel 13 news station at 11pm this coming Thursday night...They are photographers and also run a shop where they sell latex clothing and Stiletto Shoes.... I have been involved in a few projects with both Carrie and Nate and am glad to see the exposure they will get from this...I am not into the whole latex and stiletto scene but support them in their photography and business...Their style of photography is very unique and I can respect that...I wish them the very best and hope this exposure will help..

And the Sox go to the world series!!

I am so happy that the Boston Red Sox will be going onto the world series again this year!!...It has been a fun year watching the team do as well as they have done and finishing the year ahead of the Yankees!!!...As a Sox fan..That is always a plus!!..I have enjoyed watching the games with my friends Jess, Tommy and my girlfriend Lisa as well as different groups along the way..I would love to see the Sox win another trophy in my life time!! GO SOX!!

Miss Maine U.S.A. Teen and Miss Maine U.S.A. photo shoot.

Today I did a photoshoot for the Miss Maine Teen U.S.A./Miss Maine U.S.A. organization... The photo shoot was for the 2008 Miss Maine USA cover program and internet promotions. Erin Good is the current Miss Maine U.S.A.and Amanda Noel Pelletier is the current Miss Maine Teen title holders....Mackenzie Davis is the state director..The 2008 pageant will be held November 24th and 25th at the Sheraton in South Portland...For more information about the Miss U.S.A. Happy Birthday to my Mother

Although my mother is in the heavens above..I would still like to wish her a happy Birthday and tell her that I love her.

My good friend Sue Gaudet lost her life to cancer today.

Today I was saddened to have learned that my dear friend Sue Gaudet from Rumford lost her battle with cancer today...Sue taught me to keep my chin up and "just deal with it" when it came to things dealing with the hospital...My thoughts and prayers go out to her husband Will and family......SUE WILL ALWAYS BE IN MY HEART AND A TRUE INSPIRATION TO ME!!

My portrait I did of Sue back in the summer of 2005.

Here is some of her story:

I  was originally diagnosed with Ewing’s Sarcoma at the age of 26 in 1995. Ewing’s Sarcoma is a pediatric bone cancer rarely found in adults. I was also diagnosed with Hodgkin's Disease, which is a type of lymphoma. I was told that it was extremely rare for these two cancers to co-exist and I was most likely the only person on record with these two cancers. After several months of intense chemotherapy, radiation and a strong dose of positive attitude, I beat the cancer, despite the grim prognosis. It was at that time that I decided that life was too short to be doing anything other than what I loved -- music.

I joined a swing band called "Eight to the Bar" for a few years, then moved to Nashville, TN, where I met my future husband, Will Parker. Will and I started writing and recording songs together and we played music full-time as an acoustic duo, travelling the country in our RV. We've had 4 little dogs that we saved/rescued and life was good.

In December 2004 Will and I were married on the beach in Key West, Florida and a few short weeks later I had a recurrence of the Ewing's Sarcoma. I have been fighting it ever since. I have had extensive chemotherapy, radiation and surgery. The disease is invading my spinal canal and causing tremendous nerve pain. The oncologists at Dana Farber Cancer Institute and Tennessee Oncology are not offering me any treatment options at this time, as I have had the maximum dosages of radiation and certain kinds of chemotherapy. My low platelet count prevents me from being accepted into clinical trials.

Thanks to my brother Matt's friend Heidi Olsen, the Issels treatment center became part of my life. Issels is an alternative treatment center for cancer patients. They have 2 clinics in the U.S.; however, a few of their treatments are not yet FDA approved, so they do their "full" protocol at the Oasis of Hope hospital in Mexico. I started my treatment on January 30, 2007 and was discharged on February 27, 2007. I am currently into the 6 month at-home treatment. I am continuing to journal daily, so please refer to my journal for specific information regarding my treatment at the Issels Center, as well as the follow up protocol. Red Sox Sweep the Angels!!!!

Although I had a photo shoot today and missed the entire game..I do know one thing...I know that Curt Shilling and the Red Sox swept the Angels and that's all that matters to me...I am hoping the Yankess lose and we face the Indians this coming Friday night.

I did a photo shoot for Port City Life Magazine today.

Attention all Hockey Fans...Today I did a photo shoot for Port City Life Magazine..It involved the Portland Pirates, Anaheim Might Ducks and the Stanley Cup..... BOSTON, Oct. 5 -- The Fenway Park crowd realized it was not going to get its towering, game-winning homer from David Ortiz, whose shoulders slumped with everyone else's in the old stadium when the catcher stuck his glove out for the intentional walk. But it could settle for one from Manny Ramirez, and the chant of "Man-ny! Man-ny" started going up from the stands near the Boston Red Sox' dugout even before balls three and four had reached the catcher, sending Ortiz to first base.

It was the bottom of the ninth inning, more than four hours into Game 2 of the American League Division Series, and several hours later, a pair of chartered jet planes would sail into the sky for the cross-country flight to Southern California, toward Game 3. And if anyone onboard were to catch a glimpse of a fleeting object on the distant horizon of the stratosphere, it might be the ball Ramirez launched into the sky.

On the second pitch he saw from Los Angeles Angels closer Francisco Rodriguez, Ramirez absolutely crushed one. The ball sailed over the Green Monster, over the seats that top the iconic wall, over a billboard, a light stanchion, a parking lot and heaven knows what else. The three-run home run gave the Red Sox a 6-3 victory, and sent Ramirez's teammates hurtling out of their dugout to greet him in a teeming scrum at home plate.

Cure for Cancer Benefit concert and auction.

I will be going to the upcoming Cure for Cancer Benefit Concert and Auction Party this coming Saturday October 6th at 35 Blake Rd. at the Memory Lane Dance Hall in Standish....I will be donating  Jon Lester and Julian Tavarez  autographed 8x10's for the cause.....Another great thing is there will be alot more auction items  as well as New England Patriot ticket give aways.....The boys from Riot Act will be bringing the house down as they always do!!!! Sould be a great night and I hope to see you there....

Colonoscopy Results.....

Today was a very good day....I had my third colonoscopy today since battling colon cancer back in 2003...The results were GREAT!!

Doctor Potter gave me an A+ and told me to keep up the good work.....This wonderful event took place at the Portland Gastroenterology building on 1200 Congress St. in Portland.....I was anxious to post this today!!...I know some of you have been following my updates and posts over the past 4 years with encouragement and love.....I cannot thank you all enough for the strength you have given me to live the life that I am living.....Every day is a good day for me..I have not lost that spirit and feeling of being blessed to be here doing what I do and for all of the wonderful people that come in and out of my life.....It really means alot to me when I see somebody and they ask me how things are going "health-wise".....I think for some reason that having colon cancer at my age made me a sounding board for others and I welcome that with open arms.....If you have bed sweats, if you are tired all the time, feeling weak, not hungry and losing weight, side cramps, not digesting food properly or get dizzy easily....I suggest that you go see a doctor and possibly get checked out...If cancer runs in your family..A colonoscopy may be a good thing to look into....It saved my life and it could save yours.

Introducing the cast of MAINE MODEL 3

Here is the cast of Maine Model 3 which will begin taping sometime next week and ready to go by late October/Early November on Maine's WPXT 51/CW...I will be returning for the third time as the photographer on the show along with television personality John Marshall...This year seems to have more steam behind it...There will be better prizes and better competitions....I can't give to much away but will say that the grand prize will be more than just getting a portfolio and having Tyra Banks and her people review the winners book for consideration for the America's Top Model Show...I'm even excited for the winner!!!...I will keep you all posted on dates and times when the show airs.....

I have been crazy busy over the past 3 weeks...Everyone wants to shoot now that there has been mention of the temp hitting the 40's...Ugh...Anyways..I have been pretty much on the go shooting all day and doing alot of late night administrative work which has left me with not a whole lot of time to work on my site and make some updates.....

I am hoping to make at least 25 new updates by this coming Saturday...lease stop by again soon as I will make a post and let you all know what I have done as far as new content goes....

My spiritual night with Stevie Wonder.

I really don't know how or where to start..I know this isn't really photography related but I had an experience that I just wanted to share with the whole world.....It's a long story so go get a cup of coffee and come back to read about the experience I just had last night(9/20/07)......

I  guess I need to fill everybody in on a few things first...I lost my mother who battled cancer back in 2003.........I think of her on a daily basis and do everything I can to make her proud of me....We were very close and she was everything to me...When I was a kid..I used to sit on the floor sorting out baseball cards while she cleaned up the house on the weekends...She would turn the record player on and play Dianna Ross, Dionne Warwick and Stevie Wonder...Her all time favorite song which she said was the most beautiful song ever was Stevie Wonder's "My Cherie Amour"....She used to sing it often and always smile when it was on the radio.....I remember it so distinctly...Soooooo anyways.....I have always enjoyed Stevie Wonder and always think of my mom when I hear his music...Especially My Cherie Amour....Well...I would say back in 2002...It was April and I was really missing my mother...It was right around the anniversary of her passing and I was very melancholy.....I went to bed and had the most vivid dream i have ever had in my life.....I dreamt that I was looking out this big picture window..It was a nice day but suddenly...The room I was in became all bronze from the glow of that sweet light you get around 7 or so when the sun just begins to set...The light was so warm....I felt something in the room and looked over to my right hand side...It was my mother...It was like she floated right up beside me...She looked beautiful the way the warm sunlight struck her face...She smiled at me as if to let me know everything was alright...We didn't verbally speak...We communicated telepathically..I told her how much I loved her and how I missed her...She said she knew and was alright and not for me to worry.....I could feel the golf ball sized lump in my throat getting even bigger.....She then asked me how my sister and my nieces were..I told her that they were fine...She then smiled and slowly floated backward as I continued to look forward out the window....The room then grew dim and she was gone......

I woke up sobbing...I was married at the time and I woke my wife up with the noise I was making...She asked me what was wrong and I told her I was fine...My mother came to visit me.......The dream I had was like in High Definition.....Everything was so sharp and crisp.....Very vivid.....Since then....I have not had another visit like that from my mother.....So....Let's go fast forward......I am friends with the guys up at the WRED 95.9 radio station....I saw that Stevie Wonder was coming to Boston and felt inside that I had to go..I had to go see him....I quickly called my friend and DJ Buzz Bradley up at the station....I asked him if there was anyway he could hook me up with tickets....I told him how much it meant to me that I go......A few weeks later I got the cal from Buzz saying I was all set...I could not thank him enough.....I immediately called my girlfriend Lisa and told her the great news that we were going to see Stevie Wonder.....She knew how important it was for me as well as my sister....So September 20th finally comes and I am on my way to see the concert....Lisa and I get there and we are so excited...You could feel alot of positive vibes in the air as well...It was a beautiful night...Perfect actually.....So the concert starts...Stevie comes out on stage and starts thanking everyone for coming...He introduces us to his daughter ( Aisha I think was her name )  who is a back up singer..She was beautiful and has an amazing voice....He tells a few stories and then starts talking about how he lost his mother this past year and how rough it has been for him....As he told the story....I could feel that lump in my throat swelling...My eyes started swelling too....He went on to tell everyone that he misses his mother and that he received a phone call on night...His assistant handed him the phone and Stevie said he didn't want to talk...His assistant says that he needs to answer the phone...Stevie once again says no...He was tired and didn't want to talk to anyone...The third time the assistant said he had to take the call..Stevie took it...On the other end of the phone he said he heard his mothers voice..."How could this be" he asked himself...He then said "mom....Are you O.K.??"....The voice said..."Yes son..I am fine"...Stevie then asked..."Where are you??"...The voice said.." I am alright...Don't worry about me...."Stevie asked..." Where are you mom?? I want to be where you are"....Then he woke up....Stevie had a dream about his mother just like me....I couldn't hold back the tears after hearing this amazing story....I could not believe my ears as he continued talking....My emotions were already on screech and that story did me in...My girlfriend held me tight and wiped the tears from my eyes and smiled...She knew that I could relate and it was almost as if Stevie Wonder knew I was in the crowd and started talking with me.....It was amazing!!! He then sang overjoyed which was so beautiful...His voice is flawless and the way he carries himself deserves respect...He poured his heart and soul out to everyone there...It was when he sang one of my personal favorites "Lately"  really set the water works off...He sang the first verse and then broke down in tears...He obviously misses his mother and that song had to have been agonizing for him to perform....His daughter came over to him and wiped the tears out of his eyes and hugged him as the band continued to play......I of course was a basket case at this point...Tears were just streaming down my face...I couldn't hold them back even if I wanted to........ I knew that I shared the same feeling and experienced the same emotions that he was feeling....Throughout the whole show...I could feel my mothers presence...It was very strong and warm......I have never been emotional at a concert in my life...Not even close....I know for a fact...I will never see or experience another show like this one again in my life.....It was like a religious experience of sorts......I felt the need to share this story with who ever will read it....I have never had a feeling like the one I had leaving the venue......I guess my thoughts are as follows....If you have a loved one that has passed away..They will always be with you in one way, shape or form..You just have to believe!!....As you can tell..I am not afraid to show my emotions....I have gone through alot in my life and have decided that it is more healthy for me to be that way than to hold things in....I love life and after going to see Stevie Wonder...I feel that much more complete......Thank you for reading this....I had to share it.....So thanks again to Buzz and Lisa....And to Stevie Wonder!! You are an amazing performer and person!!!

Never forget 9/11

Today is a day to reflect on all the innocent people that lost their lives and also the people that saved them.

My thoughts and prayers go out to all those who were affected by the tradgedy that took place on that day....I will never forget!!

Model Fest 2007 R-O-C-K-E-D!!

I hope everyone that made it to Model Fest 2007 had a great time and didn't go home disappointed....The weather hung on for the most part...A little drizzle here and there...The over cast skies really made it easy for all of us to shoot....I would like to thank all the models for coming as well as the photographers..Many of you traveled a great length to be with us and that is greatly appreciated!!

I would like to give a special shout out to my good friends from Arch Enemy's who are based out of Augusta..I am happy to have teamed up with you guys to have made this event possible!! Your hard work promoting and dedication spoke volumes!!! I look forward to next years event!!

Last Nights Sean Kingston Show....

I would just like to say that the Sean Kingston show that was put on by FLOP HOUSE RECORDS was off the hook.....Rap phenom Affiliate open the show and rocked the place...Sean Kingston came out and did his thing and later met some of his fans...It was a great show!!

The go go dancers were awesome and the crowd was awesome too...I met alot of great people up there in Orono!!

Model Fest 2007

Hello to you all...

I am happy to announce that I will be teaming up with my Friends from Arch Enemys for a summers end modeling event .

The event is titled Model Fest 2007.

When: September 9th at 10am until we are done.

Where: Fort Williams in Cape Elizabeth Maine.

Last year..Thomas Hopkins held his annual Models and Photographers BBQ and we just wanted to carry on the tradition since Tom has since moved out of state....Both photographers and models will be getting together to meet one another and share experiences and knowledge. We will also be doing photo shoots...

Here is a quick summery of important things to know.

1. you must be 18+ to be apart of this event.

2. You must pay $20.00 to help us cover food and material costs...No exceptions. I am sorry to say..If you do not pay..You will not be allowed to participate. Since space is limited..If you show up the day of this event and we are at our limit..You will be asked to leave.

3. Since we are at a public park..We must respect the visitors.....Do not bring thongs or skimpy outfits..Especially if they are see through...I have told the Park manager that we will all be professional....If we get any type of complaints..He told me he will shut us down.

4. Be aware that there may be children around...Please keep your language rated PG.

5. Keep in mind that if you do not act professional..You will not be asked to attend next years event.

6. Be on time!!!!!!

For the 6th year in a row.....!!!!

The people from grandstand cards let me now that I shot one of the best baseball card sets in the minor leagues for this year!!

It is always a nice call or e-mail to receive from Len at Grandstand cards..They are the company that produces the Portland Sea Dogs team set that I have shot for over the past 10 years...

Len congratulated me for putting out yet another outstanding baseball card set that they were impressed with!! He said it's right up there in all of the minor leagues!!...I just had to share that news with somebody...You can go to the Sea Dogs web site and order a set or go to the ball park and buy one...I hope you enjoy it too!!

So what happened at the Best of The Best 3 contest in Atlanta you ask??

Well....I go out to Atlanta to find out if I won the Best of the Best 3 reality show after making it into the top ten...The answer was no..I did not win...Oh well..I am happy with the images I took while competing in Nevada...The models were great and I met some really cool fellow photographers....I am definately puzzled though for what exactly the judges were looking for.....I know alot of contestants are wondering the same too but I don't want to sound like a poor sport...It was definately an experience and actaully makes me want to hold my own photoshoot contest with photographers and models competing for prizes up here in New England...I will keep you posted if anything transpires.

Looks like the Sea Dogs will have to wait a while...

This snow is not to good for playing baseball in....The Portland Sea Dogs were supposed to start their season today at 6pm and receive their championship rings but will have to wait...I think there has to be at least a foot of snow out there!! UGH!!

Could somebody please send us some nice weather???!!

I'm Back from Nevada and in the top ten!!

I returned back from Nevada this past Friday Morning at 3am after competing for 3 days on a reality tv show called "BEST OF THE BEST" which will air on the Maverick tv network in June....

I am proud to say that I was the only contestant representing New England and came back in the Top Ten!!

The next step for me now is to go to Atlanta in June for the final taping and the premier party in which they will air the first show and also announce the winning photographer and model.

To sum it up short and sweet..I competed against 20 other photographers photographing models..After 2 days of shooting..We had to turn in our 2 best images of each model and then get judged for them to pick out the top ten in each group..Ten Models and Ten Photographers.

Thank you all for your wonderful support and e-mails of encouragement!! It really helped me!! I will keep you all posted on what's next.

I will be competing on a Reality Show in Las Vegas this coming week....

That's right people...Yours truly will be competing on a reality show called BEST OF THE BEST from March 26 to March 30th out in Las Vegas...The premise of the show is somewhat like America's Top Model....There will be 20 photographers ( me being one of them ) competing against each other in different competitions...

Best of the Best 3 is a reality-based "behind-the-scenes" modeling competition on MavTV! Watch 20 beautiful models and 20 photographers shoot in exciting locations all over Las Vegas! Models and Photographers will battle for a $10,000 grand prize and a chance to be named THE BEST OF THE BEST.

The photographers that are chosen for the TOP 10 will go out to Atlanta in June to be awarded!!!....On that note...WISH ME LUCK!!

I am excited to say that my site will have a whole new look and feel in the next few months as my web master Andrew Howard is busy at work on it!!

I will be adding 100's of new and never seen before model images in my Fashion,Glamour and fitness sections...

I will also be deleting my wedding section as it will be taking a new life on it's own seperate page....I want to give my wedding images the individual attention they need.

The Boston Red Sox Good Will Tour hits Portland, Maine.

I just photographed The Boston Red Sox Holiday Goodwill Tour visited the Barbara Bush Children's Hospital in Portland, Maine to spread the warmth and cheer of the holiday season to Red Sox Nation. It was very touching to watch the kids and players interact together!! Very Classy!!!
